The gas appliance failed to comply with the European Standard:(1) broken plastic studs leading to damage to gas inlet pipe and ignition insulation wire,(2) the soundness test was conducted at 6 bar and during the test a leak was observed on the regulator,(3) key information omitted, (4) key safety, usage and maintenance messages were omitted.",
