The migration of chromium VI from the toy's plastic eye is too high (measured value: 0.053 mg/kg). Chromium (VI) is sensitising, can trigger allergic reactions and can cause cancer. Moreover, the migration of lead from the surface material is too high (measured value: 23 mg/kg).  Lead is harmful to children as it can lead to developmental neurotoxicity. It accumulates in the body and may also affect their future progeny when breast-fed or unborn. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standards EN 71-2 and 71-3.",
