Description
Hand Flare "White Collision Warning (MK 7)". Type/number of model: Batch numbers 2045, 2046 and 52651.Description: Cylindrical Hand held flare 239 mm in length and 34 mm radius.
Risk
Results of tests are not available yet. One incident reported. User primed the flare and when ignited the flare exploded. The handle fired backwards into the abdomen of the user.
