Privacy

recallarchive sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. We also keep daily totals, such as how many searches were completed each day, with no IP address, identifier or anything you typed. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes request logs to deliver the site. Searches and barcode lookups are not stored with any identifier. Feeds are fetched by your feed reader without an account.

Email to us

When you write to contact@recallarchive.com, we store your address, the subject and the text of your message (attachments are not kept) so that we can answer you. Messages are deleted 180 days after they are dealt with; messages about legal matters, data protection, security, payments or takedowns are kept until one year after they are dealt with, as a record. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, write to the same address.

Seller alerts waiting list

If you leave your email on the pricing page, we keep only that address and the date, to send you one message when seller alerts open. We delete the address once that message is sent, or sooner if you ask at contact@recallarchive.com.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which receives the details needed for the purchase under its own privacy notice. We do not receive or store card details.
