Refund policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Ask through the link in your Paddle receipt, or by email to contact@recallarchive.com.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. There are no partial refunds after the first 14 days.

Your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU or UK are not affected.
