Description
Inflatable heart shaped balloons (Art. 130, EAN 8421332004344; EAN 8421332004795).
Risk
The latex is particularly thick, the balloons are difficult to inflate and can unexpectedly explode causing injury to the globe of the eye. One accident is reported. The balloons do not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standards.
