This recall applies to 2009 model year motorcycles built between 24 July 2008 and 28 August 2008.
Risk
The product poses a risk of injuries because of a positive defect in the welding of the jiffy stand spring anchor which may prevent the jiffy stand assembly from retracting as intended. This condition could lead to a crash causing injury or death to the rider.
