Description
Plastic spinning top which lights up and produces sound; colours: black, orange, blue and transparent; height: 105 mm; wires inside the spinning top; cardboard packaging with transparent display window and printed inscription (extract): "illuminated spinning top with sound, code 27722001241000000200, CE mark, Caution! Contains small parts that may be swallowed – Not suitable for children under three years of age". Graphic symbol for the age-related warning in accordance with Standard EN 71-6: 1994 (0-3), TEDi GmbH & Co. KG; made in China.
Risk
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 7% of di-2-ethyl-hexylphthalate (DEHP) in the spinning top's coloured wire insulation (permitted limit value: 0.1%).According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.
