Description
Plastic fishing game with batteries containing two rods and 18 coloured fish. The packaging is a blister pack. FISHING NO. 9909B, MADE IN CHINA, CE, barcode, importer details and the statement: "Warning: contains small parts which may be ingested or inhaled. Not recommended for children under 36 months of age. Please keep this label for future reference”.
Risk
The product poses a risk of injuries because the warning concerning magnetic toys is not displayed. The product does not comply with the Commission Decision 2008/329/EC requiring Member States to ensure that magnetic toys placed or made available on the market display a warning about the health and safety risks they pose.
