Description
This recall applies to the 2006 and 2007 XL model motorcycles listed below, manufactured between 31 October 2005 and 16 May 2007. - 2006 XL models – 1200L, 1200R - 2007 XL models – 883, 883L, 883R, 1200L, 1200N, 1200R and XL 50.
Risk
The product poses a risk of burns as the trouser leg of some riders may come into direct contact with the exhaust pipe. This condition could cause the trouser leg to char or burn, causing injury to the rider.
