Description
Swing seats “RAINBOW” sold as accessories to some Rainbow Brand play systems in the Carnival, Sunshine and Rainbow series.
Risk
The seats of the notified swings may break causing children using the swings to fall and sustain injuries. The seats may break due to a fact that low-density polyethylene was used in the manufacture process.In the USA, one child fell and broke her arm when the swing seat broke.
