"Shrek" headbands for children. The headbands consist of a plastic headband covered in bright green materials with two ears of the same material stiffened by wire.
Risk
On certain items, a wire in one or more ears may not be secured correctly and as such could be loose. In addition, the loose wires may protrude through the fabric, in particular, when handled or manipulated during use.
