Description
Camping gas stove ProvidusType/number of model: models FG 100 and BG 1000.
Risk
The product poses a risk of explosion because there is a risk of gas leakage between the gas canister and the burner. The gas can then escape through the top of the plastic house and be ignited by the burner. This can cause the plastic house to soften and the burner to start tilting to one side which further can lead to ignition of a rather large quantity of gas.The product does not comply with the Gas Appliance Directive and the relevant European standard EN 521.At least four accidents have been reported, including accidents that caused personal injury and total damage by fire to a house.
