Description

The toy is a mobile phone with a picture of bird. The toy is coloured red, with yellow and silver on the front. It is powered by 2 R6 batteries, which are not attached. The packaging is a cardboard box. On the sticker and on the packaging there are warnings and information in Polish concerning the product, name and address of the importer, “CE mark”, “Made in China”, number of product and EAN, a pictogram concerning the age 0-3 restriction, “Choking hazard due to small parts".

Risk

The product poses a risk of damage to hearing because the A-weighted emission sound pressure LpA is 98dB, whereas the limit for close-to-the-ear toys is 80 dB. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
