Description
Toy set – MILITARY MEN SOLDIER FORCEincluding a machine rifle, knife in a case, truncheon, police emblem, target in the form of a figure, 2 grenades and 5 projectiles with suction cups (model N° 300)
Risk
Risk of suffocation. The projectiles with suction cups are not sufficiently long to be removed from a child’s throat, in the event that they block the air passages. The relevant requirements of the European standard with regard to size were not complied with.
Measures
  • Voluntary withdrawal from sale. Sale banned by the authority that ordered the retailers to inform consumers about the possibility of returning the goods
