Risk
The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- it is possible to change the bulb while it is plugged in to the mains;- it has a cover which a child might mistake for a toy due to the decorations.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
