- A toy made up of various small parts containing magnets that can be used to build different geometric shapes. It is packaged in a blister pack bearing the brand name, the CE mark and various statements in English (choking hazard, age guidance for children under the age of 5 [sic], etc.).

The product does not comply with the Commission Decision 2008/329/EC requiring Member States to ensure that magnetic toys placed or made available on the market display a warning about the health and safety risks they pose.
