The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 38% by weight of Di- "isononyl"-phthalate (DINP) and 0.2% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP).According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.
