- Novelty lighter in the form of an ignition key.Description: The novelty lighter is black and imitates an ignition key, operated by gas, refillable with marking on the product: Mercedes-Benz and its logo. A key ring is attached to the product.

- Given the appearance of the product, its intended use is not obvious. First, it can be considered as child-appealing. Second, it can accidentally ignite, for example in a pocket, or the flame surprise and burn an unsuspected adult. The lighter therefore presents an unacceptable risk of burning injury to users. There are no instructions attached to the product in Hungarian. The product complies with the definition of a novelty lighter in the European standard EN 13869.
