Description
Soft toy in shape of an eagle “Nowa Toy”
Risk
The suction pad on the product is a “small part” which can be swallowed. If this part is pulled off and a child puts it into his mouth, there is a risk of choking. During the tensile test, the fabric band tore at 21N which is less than required. The entire suction pad could then pass through test cylinder E although this is prohibited for suction pads which can be detached or become loose. The suction pad also fits into the cylinder for small parts. This product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
