- These are candles in the form of various kinds of sweets. They are packed in rigid transparent plastic boxes, wrapped in a gift ribbon from which a label printed "chocolate" hangs. They also have an adhesive label which carries the details of the importer and the bar codes.

- Given their form, colour and size, these candles may lead consumers and young children in particular, to mistake them for foodstuffs. As candles, they are easy to bite, and a piece might be swallowed, which may entail a risk of choking and gastrointestinal upsets.
