The recall affects certain vehicles equipped with Variable Gear Ratio Steering (VGRS). <a href="http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/images/rapex/2010-w22/2010-w22_18-vins.pdf">See attached list of VIN numbers</a>.
Risk
The product poses a risk of injuries as, under some circumstances, the Variable Gear Ratio Steering, "VGRS", system can cause the steering wheel to become off-centred by approximately 90 degrees.
