The recall affects DUCATI motorcycles within frame no. range ZDMB100AA7B000011 to ZDMB100AA7B002350 (EU version) and within frame no. range ZDM1YACP98B000059 to ZDM1YACP98B002491 (USA version).
Risk
The motorbikes pose a risk of injuries because the battery can move in its housing in the fuel tank and this could result in main wiring harness cables damage at the battery terminals. This may allow the engine to stall, causing a crash.
