Green folding metal scooter. The packaging is a cardboard box marked as follows: "Happy LU, Scooter". It has a label with statements in Chinese.
Risk
The product poses a risk of injuries because:- it has protruding edges;- the diameter of the handlebar is less than the minimum required (40 mm);- the front wheel is smaller than the minimum required (120 mm).The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
