- The toy resembles a soft yo-yo attached to an elastic band. Available in various colours with painted eyes. A light flashes inside the toy when it is hit. Packed in a transparent, plastic bag containing a paper label with various indications, CE mark, pictogram concerning age restriction, etc.
- Risk
- The product poses a risk of strangulation because the elastic band, which is made from a highly tensile material, can be stretched up to 650mm long and could wrap around the neck of a child. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive.
