- A toy whistle made of hard plastic ended with a mouthpiece made of soft plastic. The packaging is a transparent plastic bag closed with folded, colourful plastic. On the packaging are two stickers with the following information: CE mark, the inscription: “Made in China”, EAN number, the name and address of the importer, and a warning: "Attention! Not suitable for children under 3 years". There is also a pictogram concerning 0-3 restriction.
- Risk
- The products pose a risk of choking because it contains small parts (the mouthpiece) which may easily be detached and swallowed by children. The product fits entirely into the small parts cylinder. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
