- Two novelty lighters, which can also be used as torches, which operate irregularly and which contain no child safety mechanism. The lighters are presented in display boxes on which there are no instructions for the safe and correct use of the product.

- The product poses a risk of burns and fire because the lighter does not include a device making it child-resistant, as required by Commission Decision 2006/502/EC ensuring that only lighters which are child-resistant are placed on the market and prohibiting the placing on the market of novelty lighters.
