- The toy is a coffee set which consists of 4 cups, 4 plates, 4 spoons and one coffee pot. The packaging is a cardboard box with a transparent window, through which the content is visible, and which carries the following label: "Not suitable for children under the age of 3. Made in China."

- The product poses a risk of injuries because the spindle on the plunger of the coffee pot comes off under a force of less than 60 N producing a dangerous protruding part. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.
