- Folding metal scooter with black handlebars. The word "Scooter" is printed on the footplate and the bar. A yellow sticker on the lower part of the scooter includes safety instructions in English. The packaging consists of a cardboard box with a photograph of the scooter and the wording "Rollerboard. Scooter".

- The product poses a risk of injuries and cuts because: - the diameter of the front wheel is 100 mm, which is below the minimum requirement of 120 mm, - the diameter of the end of the handlebars is 31 mm, which is below the minimum requirement of 40 mm, - the toy contains sharp edges. In addition, there is a lack of warning information and instructions for use. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
