- Refillable, novelty lighters in light blue or pink colour with picture of a boy and a girl and the phrase “Love is…”. Small plastic figures are suspended from a metal clip at the top of the lighter. Dimensions: 8.3x2.3x1 cm.

- The product poses a risk of burns because it is attractive to children, particularly children under the age of 51 months, who may confuse it with a toy. Furthermore, the product does not comply with the requirements of the EN ISO 9994 on resistance to high temperature.
