- Lighters of unusual appearance: novelty gas lighters, offered for sale without a label in Bulgarian language, in cardboard boxes, with inscriptions „Smoking sets” and „High-grade lighter”, user instructions and consumer warnings in English; metal refillable lighter, colour – grey, with camera lens and a lid. When opened the lighter emits light and when operated pictures of women begin to change.

- This product poses a risk of burns and fire because it is attractive to children, especially under 51 months of age.The product does not comply with the Commission Decision 2006/502/EC prohibiting the placing on the market of novelty lighters.
