Description
Crawling action figure dressed as a soldier. The package is a box with a transparent window allowing the action figure to be seen. It is labelled: "SOLDIER ULTIMATE. CM. Made in China." There is also a CE mark and a pictogram indicating that the toy is prohibited for children between 0 and 3 years old.
Risk
The product poses a risk of injuries because: - sharp points can be accessible if the foot breaks, - if the body of the toy comes apart, dangerous and unprotected rods (rods with off-centre levers) are revealed. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and with the relevant European standard EN 71.
