The product has a textile seat and a metal foldable construction, which includes a yellow tray with toys. There is a label attached with product brand, instructions and warnings. The product is packed in white cardboard packaging.

- The product poses a risk of injuries because:- there are circular holes (openings) with dimensions between 5 and 12 mm under the tray as well as in the mechanism for adjusting the seat which can cause finger entrapment,- the design does not prevent falls down steps.The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 1273.
