Description
Refillable, electronic gas lighters with the pictures of tropical beaches (approximate dimensions: 8.3x2.6x1 cm). The lighters are packed in a transparent plastic bag (3 items), with an orange part bearing the name “GALAXIAS”, the barcode and the address of the importer (approximate dimensions: 13x4.5x1 cm).
Risk
The product poses a risk of burns and fire because it does not carry a child-resistant mechanism.According to Commission Decision 2006/502/EC, Member States shall ensure that only lighters which are child-resistant are placed on the market.
