Description
A moon-shaped soft musical toy, in the shape of an owl on a moon, with cord attached.
Risk
The retraction force of cord attached to the toy is too high. A small child may wrap the cord around its finger, which may become trapped and get injured.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
