Risk
The product contains an excessive amount of cadmium (measured value: 85 % by weight). Cadmium is harmful to human health because it accumulates in the body, can damage the kidney and bones and it may cause cancer.The product also releases an excessive amount of nickel (measured values up to 0,5 µg/cm2/week). Nickel is a strong sensitiser and causes allergic reactions if present in articles that come into direct and prolonged contact with the skin. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation.
