- The product is not correctly earthed, therefore accessible parts may become live; when touching it, users may then receive an electric shock. Furthermore, there is no protection on the metal heating element when activated, increasing the risk of burns to the user or burning objects due to its high temperature. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive and with the European standard EN 60335.
