Description
Plastic toy set with a spring, stickers and a whistle attached to a fan. The set was sold with a newspaper.
Risk
The whistle can be easily detached from the fan. A child could put it in the mouth and choke. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1
