- Plush keyring with metal carabiner clasp and a bell in the shape of a marmot wearing a detachable green turtle plush backpack. Product sold online, in particular via Wish.
- Risk
- The toy has small parts (ring, carabiner clasp and bell). The seam allows access to the stuffing material. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. Furthermore, the migration of lead from the metal bell in the product is too high (measured value up to 70mg/kg). Lead is harmful to human health, accumulates in the body, can cause developmental neurotoxicity and may affect breast-fed or unborn children. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
