- The operation of the active bonnet may be faulty because of a wrong positioning of the sensor hose in the front bumper. In the event of a collision with a pedestrian, the pedestrian would not be detected and the active bonnet would not be triggered. This could increase the potential risk of injury for the pedestrian.
