- Fish-shaped battery-operated bath toy in various colours (pink, red, blue, green and orange). The toy activates automatically upon contact with water and imitates the swimming motion of a fish through internal mechanical movement. Product sold online, in particular via Aliexpress (unique product identifier: 4000857368624) and eBay.
- Risk
- The battery compartment of the toy can be easily opened without use of any tools and the button batteries inside are easily accessible. A child may put them in the mouth and swallow them, which could cause damage to the child’s gastrointestinal tract and/or choking. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 62115.
